On my way back from a tour to Xunantuncih, we stopped at this beautiful resort hotel called San Ignacio where we had a really nice lunch consisting of steak rice beans and lime juice, desert was included to. I look forward to going back to this resort just to eat again. The resort not only had very good food, it was also very clean. They have tours you can take from this hotel to places around belize. I was on a cruise ship and took a tour to the ruins which included lunch at this resort. This is one place that I would definately tell people to visit.
