I think it was La Fonda del Jibarito, but any way if you visit the place you will be in Pork Heven because in that place thear are about 6 or 7 restaurants that cook the whole pig and have diferent specialyties all about Pork. They are located in the town of Cayey Bo, Guavate. You can take the Interstate 50 (toll Highway) that will take you to Cayey (The Caribean Swiss), and thear folow the sings to Guavate, Or ask the people, they will be glad to show you the place and even they will take you thear (no cost). Enjoy. And don't forget to ask for morsillas and ñame, you will love it.

Hi. The name of the place he went to is "Los Pinos" which means The Pines. Not much to look at, but the food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. It is in the area that the previous poster mentioned Guavate in Cayey. I hope you find it. As we say here, "Buen provecho" if you do.
