GOING TO MONTEGO BAY IN JULY AND ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT WAIT. JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF SOMEONE COULD GIVE ME A COUPLE HELPFUL IDEAS ON WHAT TO TAKE WITH ME AS FAR AS SPENDING MONEY? I AHVE HEARD THAT ATMS ARE PRETTY PRICEY TO WITHDRAWL MONEY FROM,BUT DO THEY EXCEPT DEBIT CARDS IN MOST PLACES OR CREDIT CARDS? HOW MUCH OF A HASSLE ARE TRAVELERS CHECKS? THANK YOU FOR ANY ADVICE YOU CAN GIVE.

hi, montego bay is one of the places to be in jamaica right now. about the money...hmmm, depends really on what type of experience u would like...i would recommend sandals, its all inclusive resort with excellent customer service. honestly tho i couldnt tell u exactly how much to bring but bring alot cuz theres a lot to do. about the credit and debit cards. yeah they do accept most of them, i havent used travellers cheque so i cant answer that.lol. if u have extra money u should rent a car and explore the coast and the country side, itll be worth it, cuz if u take the tours youll be missing out on a lot of what the country has to offer, but some of the tours are really good. oh yeah...you should also try to visit dunns river fall in ocho rios and dolphin cove. alota fun. hop i helped you out.
