For a complete beach experience visit Atlantic City, New Jersey. www.atlanticcitynj.com

The crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean, wide pristine beaches, the world famous Boardwalk (take an early morning bike ride after watching an amazing sunrise across the sea), piers filled with rides and arcades. Salt water taffy, delicious fudge. Beach bars serving cocktails and food with live music, right on the sand with the vast sea in front of you and the Boardwalk and city skyline to your rear. Plus, the excitement of numerous 24 hour casino/hotel resorts to play, dine or shop.

Atlantic City is in the middle of a remarkable reniassance with hot new casinos (see www.theborgata.com ), the experience of Old Havana, Cuba at Tropicana's The Quarter (see www.tropicana.net/thequarter ), new shopping and dining downtown at the new district called The Walk ( www.acoutlets.com ). Visit the Marina district with the Ocean Life Center, take a sail or a charter cruise for some deep water fishing in the ocean. Climb the Absecon Lighthouse or visit a museum or art gallery. Take in a baseball game ( www.acsurf.com ) or a short ride to the southern tip to historic Cape May to catch a spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and a beautiful sunrise across the Delaware Bay.

Beaches, boating, dining, concerts & shows, golf, shopping, fishing, diving to shipwrecks, sports, wildlife refuge, wineries, museums, art galleries: Atlantic City does indeed have it all.
