Hello I am a native Texan but don't get out much. My girlfriend and I are planning to take a trip somewhere along the sourtheastern coast in August. I am coming from Dallas so my drive to my destination will be time consuming. Galveston would probably be quickest but don't know how nice it is, I also don't know how Corp Christi looks or Padre Island but I heard South Padre was nice. Anyone have any recommendation?
