Is there anything bigger on TV than this man's ego. His show is more about him than the topic at hand. How many more shots do we have to see of him walking along a beach (market square, city street etc.) at sunset in one of the contemplative moods he does so well. I used to enjoy watching this show but the turning point for me was the hatchett job he did on Germany. Surely there are more interseting and more representative places to visit in that country then the area around 'Check-point Charlie' in the former East-Germany. His bias was obvious and disgraceful.

pls have a sense of humor.. he was doing his send up version of John Le Carre' and all those cold war movies.. & was having fun with it. no big deal.. for glossy Germanic travelogue?/ watch Sam Brown.
