We stopped in at Sweatmans in Eutawville, SC this past week and saw an autographed placemat from Anthony Bourdain. The cashier said AB and his crew were there a few weeks ago (mid-March 07) and that it will air sometime this Fall.
I can't wait to see it! Sweatman's is arguably the best BBQ place in SC. Dark meat pig and sweet tea - heaven!

Ahhh, yet another episode we can add to Season 4! Gotta love it!

The south is full of BBQ!...its own sub-culture, per se. It is nice to recognize it for the popular industry it has become...there is definitely an art and science to some of the best BBQ around!

That is so cool you saw an autographed placement from AB tanezdiscovery. Hey maybe the SC episode will be used for season #5, only time will tell.
