I've been trying to watch all the episodes (catching up) and recently watched the one when Mr. Bourdain visited the Philippines (S05E07). IMO the episode was done ok, and its missing the southern parts of the Philippines (which is its food bowl). But again the Southern Part is the most troubled areas, so i don't expect Mr. Bourdain to go there at will. But in any case he would, i will be glad to help in any way.

The idea of this post is not clear, but i thought might as well put it out there.

sorry to say this-- but frankly,don't think the BIG T will be going & doing and encore s how in Phil.. as he only did it to appease his Filipino viewers and using that Augusto angle..
this episode is still one if not the most contrived episodes I've ever seen Tony do.. and I've been watching him since A COOK'S TOUR on Food Net.. when I first saw him.
