Hello Anthony, my name is Sofia Martin-Simon , I’m originally from Spain but I live here in the US .
I love your show; it was about time to arrive a travel show that really talks clear and about the real aspect of each place. I actually haven't seen you go to one place that other than really touristy has a lot more to offer. That is the south of Spain, capital Seville, my home town, a wonderful place were people work to live and enjoy, not live to work; and I think that is the type of places that you will like. People that work to enjoy life and fun, and most important good eat and flamenco, hometown of Jamón Iberico the caviar of Spain, tapas, saffron, and many more incredible dishes; but most important great people.
Well that is my invitation for you; I live in VA, really different from that. So if you decide that is a good idea and need help, if I'm there or not my family can let you know about it and make you love it.

I believe there is show already produced, set in Spain. Or is currently in production. Can't wait to see authentic Spanish cuisine.

Are you kidding me? Bourdain's most memorable show was set in Spain! Sorry allow me to correct myself .... the most memorable travel / food show ever ....
