I've lived here for 12 years now and still can't find a decent hamburger, BBQ or Mexican food place. I was spoiled and have grew up in Texas where food is just plain and everything is good. I also lived for 16 years in the Maryland/Washington DC area where you have all kinds of ethnic foods to choose from and you could eat out everyday for years and never have to eat the same place twice. But up here in Yankee Land forget it. If it's not on a sub roll or covered in red sauce forget it. Yankee's don't know what good Mexican food is or even BBQ. Christ you can't even get a decent chicken fried steak. They put brown gravy on it....ICK. Tony we need you to come here and discover what's really good. With two of the largest casino's in the world here you'd think we would have some good food, but even their buffets are better than most of the restaurants there. The Longhouse at Mohegan Sun and Cedar's Steak house at Foxwood are good but very pricy. I would kill for a Sonic to move in and take over the market of never ending McDonald, Wendys, KFC places. HELP!!!!!
