How about having a small segment at the end of each show called VIEWERS CHOICE. Viewers can sign up on Travel Channel and if randomly drawn can have Tony visit their home town to spotlight their own "No Reservations" place. This 10 minutes segment would allow VIEWERS to be with Tony at a dinner place or bar of their choosing to show off their favorite hole in the wall that no one knows has heard about. Lets open it up to creative viewer ideas letting TONY know about your special place - thoughts?

Nah. I'd rather that my favorite holes in the wall don't get overrun by hordes of tele-foodies. I've seen it happen with other places that television chefs have visited. The buzz is created, volume and customer turnover is increased, and quality goes out the window.
