I'm proud of Sam for making a bold choice in what dessert to try. In the market, she bypassed the shrimp, chicken, & other usual fares to try something different. I was surprized she went for the fried starfish. I certainly wouldn't. Will she go the way of Andrew Zimmern? She already ate veal hearts & lungs in Austria & octopus "donuts" in Brazil. What's next?
