Deltec Homes has been producing eco-friendly, wind resistant circular style homes since 1968.

In 40 years Deltec has never lost a home to high winds. Deltec homes have been in the paths of the worst storms of the last 4 decades, with no incidences of any structural damage. More recently 8 of our homes were in the direct path of Hurricane Katrina and none suffered any structural damage. One of those homes in Pass Christian, MS was struck by a 29 foot tidal surge and sustained winds of over 145 mph for 12 hours.

Deltec has made a substantial commitment to sustainable building practices and technologies. Beginning in January 2008 all Deltec homes packages are being built with 100% renewable energy.

Deltec has installed a 55KW solar system on the roof of their production facility in Asheville NC. Deltec’s project is one of the largest solar panel installations in North Carolina. Deltec is currently the only homebuilding manufacturer in the world building homes with 100% renewable energy.

Deltec ships their homes all over the world. The home package is then assembled and finished by local labor.
