Im am so glad to hear that you will be coming to West Virgina! You HAVE to try ramps! Most people cringe at the thought of eating ramps, and the smell is overpowering...you'll love 'em!

The only problem is that ramps are harvested in the spring. So, even if you can't do the show at that time, a trip would definately be worth your while. There's a ramp festival and the only ramp farm in the world that you could visit. Enjoy!
