I like learning about hotels and know many good ones to go to. Here's my list of beauties:
New Hampshire - It may be small, but is a beautiful place with some beautiful hotels. Two excellent hotels in the White Mountains are the Mount Washington Hotel and the Balsams Wilderness Resort. They are attractions in themselves! Another great hotel along the coast is the Ashworth Hotel. It also has a delicious buffet (but don't wear your bathing suit in there!).
One of Vermont's "inns" is also a great hotel- The Woodstock Inn and Resort. It has a really expensive gift shop (they sell tiles for $48, only $5 in the Christmas Tree Shop!). A good day trip is swimming in the Quechee Gorge.
New York City - There are too many great hotels so I'll just say that !!!!the Plaza Hotel!!!! is a must for the show.
Memphis, TN - The Peabody Hotel. I think it's cool how they have ducks roaming around the place (but I really don't know why ducks live there).
South Beach, FL - The National Hotel. It is home to the longest pool in Florida - 205 feet. It might be too hard to swim laps, though.
Dallas, Texas - The Hyatt Regency Dallas is part of the Reunion Tower complex, so it really is a monument to Dallas. You can probably see the tower from the rooms.
Mt Rushmore, SD - The Travelodge Keystone offers views of Mt Rushmore from the room balconies.
San Diego, CA - California has wonderful hotels, but the most famous is the Hotel del Coronado. It's part of the Californian experience!
Hawaii - Again, lots of wonderful hotels. A less popular choice is the Manele Bay Resort in Lanai. And while your in Lanai, see Shipwreck Beach.
Well, I've given you all the hotels I know. Please visit them.

New Hampshire Mount Washington is one of my favorite hotels, and Woodstock is one of the coolest places in New England. Thank you for bringing them up. I also suggest the Mountain View in New Hampshire and The Custom House in Boston,
