There is a great historic vacation home here on the coast of Maine called The Farm at French's Point that would be perfect for this program. It was built sometime in the late 1700 and has been restored and is now rented weekly. Great view, great history,(there are remnants of a tunnel in the cellar that lead to the shore for the owners to escape in the event of attack by indians or the British.) It is a lovely home and I would be glad to provide more details upon request.
