I recall there was a show featuring Nine Zero in Boston. Did Samantha stay at any other Boston-area hotels? I think she stayed in the Berkshires but that's a good 2+ hours away. Nantucket is not an option for me. I'm looking for something fun to do for my birthday and staying in town for a night is a possibility. Thanks guys and gals.

Leia,
I'm sure the real Hotels experts can confirm this, but I think the Nine Zero was in fact the only Boston hotel Samantha's series ever presented and you're right, she was off to the Berkshires in the second half of that episode (as it happens, I actually had a butternut squash soup in a local faux "bistro" yesterday, as shown there, but I'm sure my bowl was untouched by perky travel hosts) and didn't linger long in the city. They showed the Old Granary cemetery and that was about it for local scenery if I recall, but as always, I could be wrong. I'm sure we can find Boston recommendations for you from others on this forum, but I would only suggest avoiding all tour guides in period dress there or elsewhere, and hope you have a great birthday.

Thank you, gentlemen. My birthday is not until March but I always start planning around this time.

I thought it'd be fun to stay at a "Great Hotel" for a change. I've got a few other places in mind and today I'm going to look into TimeShares you can rent by the night.

Thanks for the link. I'll see what they've got to say.
