I have windows media player 7.1. When I try to run the Samantha Brown GVH video clips all I can get is the audio portion.I don't get any video at all. I have tried downloading the media player again and I still get the same results. Can you advise me how to fix this problem.

In most cases it results from having the
monitor set below millions of colors (Some monitors call it 32 bit color).
If that does not work, upgrade the media players. It's free.

Umm, this is how I remedied mine. It may work.

I clicked "view" "options" "formats". Then, I made sure that video file was checked. When I did this it worked. Actually, I checked them all.
