Hi Samantha,
I am a student at the Atlantic Culinary Academy and am just at the half way mark now. I watch all your programs as if it were religion. I am attempting to land my internship at the Victoria Falls Hotel in Zimbabwe Africa. Ive been corresponding with the staff there but it seems like it will be a difficult task. I was just hoping you and the staff you work with could maybe do a program featuring some of the South African Hotels. There are many great hotels down there and from what I gather, the natives of South Africa are very hospitable people. The culture and cuisine is fascinating. I've noticed that you appreciate native cuisine and cultures. Your character portrays a very conservative person. Thats a good thing no matter where you go. I've learned since I've been here at the academy that there are only 52 certified master chefs world wide. That is a a goal that I hope to reach some day. Once I graduate the academy I will take to the world and travel the globe persuing employment at great hotels surrounding the world. By the way, I am from Ville Platte Louisiana. I am a full blooded cajun and hope to see you out there someday. Take care.
