For all you Bangkok enthusiasts, i'm sure you've heard of the famous Sukhumvit road that's filled with entertainment spots, from restaurants, hotels, bars, clubs, shopping malls, etc. Luckily, there's a nice spot to stay in the midst of all this hype. The place is called the Royal Ivory Bangkok. It's quite distinct compared to the rest of the hotels or apartments that you can find in the area or anywhere else because of it's theme.

The location is in Nana Soi 4 and the looks of the hotel shows a lot of Thai heritage although still modern it style and facilities. The rates are very modest i'd say, with 1,299 Baht a night with free breakfast for 2. Also, what's very convenient is the free tuk tuk shuttle (traditional Thai transportation mode, very fun to sit in!) that will take you close by, such as the skytrain (BTS) which can take you around town very easily. For the location and the facilities, the price is very good so it's surely a recommended spot.
