Ok, the new person "Courtney Friel" is good, but she's no Shana... Does anyone else miss Shana?

I found some interesting information on the web saying that she is taking on better assignments/career opportunities. One thing said she couldn't stand gamblers anymore. And if you are in casinos as much as I am, I think we can all understand, if there's truth to that. Also, about Courtney, she needs to work on her interviewing techniques. She is comeing across borderline rude to people she interviews such as family members of the final tables. I doubt that she is like this, but it isn't coming across well.
