I have a dinner party coming up and thought I'd like to cook up some 'bizarre foods'. Where can I buy:

Sweetbreads
A goat's Head
Scorpions or tarantulas or other edible bugs
Mountain oysters - bull testicles
Cuy - guinea pigs
Snake meat
Ostrich meat
Turtle meat

I don't have the specifics but rather some suggestions as to where you might be able to find some or come close to this stuff:
1) a goat's head: try a haitian restaurant or supermarket; goat is a popular item in haitian food.
2) bull testicles: i think a japanese restaurant in the lower east side--perhaps st. marks place--has this on the menu
3) turtle meat: try chinatown's supermarkets. i've definitely seen live turtles for sale for food, not pets.
