Travel Channel 

Hi, I watched Hebert's on the travel channel program 'Bizarre Foods' last night. I saw something very disturbing. Hebert was sharpening a knife over the food he was preparing and then put the knife directly into the food. Knives are sharpened by shaving tiny pieces of metal from the blade - if knives are sharpened over food the tiny pieces of metal fall into the food (even with magnetic sharpeners). The knife blade MUST be wiped off before putting it into the food - if you don't wipe off the metal shavings they all end up in your food. Metal shaving are very sharp and over a period of time cause ulcers and tumors in the intestines. Keep your friends and customers coming back, keep the shavings out of the food.
