One of my friends live in Mongolia, so I decided to look up what some of the traditional foods of Mongolia are. Anyway I found a dish on the internet called Boodog. I am not sure how it is pronounced but what intrigued me about the dish is how the the meat is cooked. The animal, a goat is cooked by putting hot stones in the the animal carcass, and letting the animal cook from the inside out. How cool is that. I am not sure what else the country of Mongolia is famous for, but I would like to find out.
