I find myself watching these travel shows as a guilty pleasure. Andrew drives me nuts though. Hes the typical american that makes the rest of the world hate us. Fat, arrogant, and bald.

The most annoying thing though is how he eats with his mouth open, its nasty. We dont wanna hear the noises you make eating dude. CLOSE YOUR MOUTH!!!


Another big pet peeve from the show is when he is somewhere they dont speak english and he is throwing in all these american references when talking to these people who barely speak english. It just comes off bad.

He just annoys me. If I saw him in public I would let him know it to!!!

i think your the perfect example of an american... you (love to hate) what is that? thats pure arrogance.. not to mention stupid. and its a contradiction..so put your foot in your mouth. and when you dont speek a language how else are you gonna try and communicate? hand movements? get real. i think hes very brave for going into the kinds of places he goes into. most americans dont have the balls to do that kind of stuff. and its kinda sad when all one can do is talk bad about someone they have never meet.. dont judge. thats arrogant.

Im not loving to hate , your a perfect example of someone typecasting americans and thinking you have us pinned for what we are.

The guy can communicate with these people, its usually a guide hes talking to who does speak a little english. But he sits there and makes refrences every two seconds to American pop culture, and these people have no clue what hes talking about.

Hes being an ignorant american. Im american, and ashamed of him representing my country.

I agree as well. Zimmern, I love the idea of the show, but cannot watch it because I get disgusted watching and listening to you eat. Please get some manners. You may want to watch Bourdain eat and take some notes.
