If man could make love to a beef heart, I have no doubt that Mr. Zimmerman would do it. This guy is so fun to watch and he really appreciates what a special and unique job he has.

Forget all the haters here, I love this show.

i really want to try some wild game, like rabbit someday soon.
never tried heart myself, but tried lung and other intestines.
they were chewy and quite nice.

there is beef/veg soup in korea which includes chunks of corelated blood.
very popular dish for hangovers.

Ive had beef heart as a child and I remember it been really good. It seems as if hes always running in to some sort of beef heart dish. Makes me want to go to the market to pick up ingredient to make beef heart my self.
