Andrew I'm from south pacific new Caledonia,but living in Florida. I love your show. but if you want really try somethings new is the boiled fruit bat, only few family eat giant fruit bat this way, you have to see it to believe it, this is not just boiled meat, the bat is cook with all the gust inside, just the hairs I removed, of course we have a lot of more bizarre food stuff there, like turtle intestine, fish gust,some very fat fish, soft shell crab, and more. If one day you go there, don't forget to go in Vanuatu in same time.Of course that's beautifully country too.
