Seriously, he just slaughters animals and doesn't give a care in the world abt it. It's a sad sight that our children are going to come across this show and have to watch the barbaric animal cruelty right in front of their eyes. If I could block the show I would.

now that I think abt it.. I will just block the entire channel... the travel channel is now equal the hunting channel in my eyes.. animal terrorism...

I couldn't believe the show where they killed the turtle and drank blood. I was beyond disgusted by this. That is by far the worst thing I have ever seen on this show. This is animal cruelty! I cannot believe the travel channel would stoop to this. I usually enjoy almost everything they show on this channel but this is disturbing. the phrase ' you are what you eat' completely defines Andrew Zimmerman, he is nothing but a big pile of sh%#.

You little jerk offs don't have a clue where your food and clothing come from. If you don't like the show then don't watch it.

This is interesting, did you ever think about our own slaughter of animals? The farming of animals for mass slaughter? The amount of waste we throw because we find certain animal parts as not edible? I think it is sad that we judge other cultures and not look at our own flaws and judge that we are superior and the worst part is that most of our children will grow up thinking like YOU.

This world is filled with all different cultures and practices. That is one reason I love Andrew and Bizarre Foods. I would much rather have my child learn about other areas of this amazing,wonderful world and ask questions about what they see and what they may not understand. If my child decides to become a vegetarian, then at least they made up their mind after gleaning the most information that they could, not after I forced it down their throat or hid other cultures from them. Besides, I feel embarrassed sometimes that we (Americans)do waste a majority of food (including meat and/or certain parts of an animal)due to our arrogance and ignorance. We would not be here today if our ancestors decided not to eat and utilize every part of the buffalo, or turn sheep offal into haggis, or put every part of a pig into a sausage. Bring on the bull's testicles!
