I am excited about the maggot infested cheese featured on tonight's Nicaragua episode. I am curious as to how it compares to "Casu Marzu" - the maggot infested pecorino cheese delicacy indiginous to Sardinia and featured in that imfamous Wall Street Journal article. The description - in the article - of the little worm like maggots jumping out of the cheese and hitting the diner's face as a cheese was brought near the mouth was priceless! Will this Nicaraguan dish measure up?

He had that cheese when he went to Nicaragua, and he said in the show that it was the only place in the world where they made it, But ist clearly not true. i enclose a url to it ..

Moderators... if i did anything wrong in posting the url, please remove me and my post of the forum. i.e delete me. But i find it wrong when a factshow does say that its only made in one place of the world etc...
