During your Sicily episode, you tried a soup or stew made of cow's stomach, tripe, and intestine, which looked really tasty. Do you have the name of it? I like that kind of stuff, and I was wondering if you have a recipe for it.
I can get the ingredients locally, as I am in close proximity to some Mexican ethnic meat markets.
