Ilove your show and think you do a great jib. I have noticed one habit you have that might mislead non-english speaking people serving you their native dishes. When you like a dish you shake your head right to left as though you are saying no. Of course afterward you respond how good it is, or describe the texture, etc. but I'm afraid your inital body language my have already offended, no matter what praise you later offer. Of course, I could be wrong. Anyway, I really enjoy your show.
