Hi was wanting to let Andrew know that we watch his show sometimes several times a day and love it but was recently watching his episode on his Alaska Trip and noticed some things that were reported as wrong...We live in a village about 20 miles above Bethel and so live a subsistance life style.He says in one spot that it is Stink Heads that he is eating but in all actuality it is fermented frozen white fish.The only time he will ever get a chance at having the real thing(Stink Heads) is at the end of June/begining of July. That is the only time they make them.I dont personally eat them as you can hardly walk into a house when they are being served unless you have grown up with the smell of them. But I have Been around them and my Inlaws make them every summer.If you are really interested in trying the real thing please let me know.
