I love your show, and I love the fact that you eat things that many due to ethnocentric prejudices will not eat. But I was wondering what you do, escially in Asia if offered meat from animals that are on endangered spcies' lists? There are a lot of animals, but I am thinking spcifically of animals like the sun bear, whose population is rapidly declining, but is still considered a delicay. Do you bow to ethical or hospitality pressures? What do you feel about the common Korean practice of eating dog?
