In India if you never went to kerala , i will say you are incomplete in seeing India and incomplete in tasting Asian Foods.
why the world class travellers are ignorant about Kerala, which is called as God's own country, a south side state in India. I will tell you- without tasting Kerala food - both vegetarian and non - you never complete your food tasting veture. when you get a chance to go to kerala try the following:-

Food: a full course kerala vegetarian meal ( it is a symphony of tastes with vegetables with payasam, even there is a scientific order in eating the items.), karimean fish pollichathu, fish curry , beef fry, chicken curry, porotta, appam + muttakkary, puttu+kadala curry, fired banana, parippuvada, ulli vada,kallummakkya curry, toddy drink, biriyani, kozhikkodan halva, idli, sambar, dosa, chutney, masala dosa etc. oh!!!!!! you don't know what you are missing!!!!!!if you are not going to kerala, i will say you are incomplete with asian foods.

places to see: alppuzha, kumarakam, munnar, athirappilly,also Thrissur pooram - this is a seaonal event comes in a year - with 100 plus elephants decorated with golden masks, colorful umbrellas, + fire works -yes, the real fire works.
