Hey, babe, I am originally from Indiana. Please don't tar us all with the same brush. I have eaten some very interesting things in my life, and I wouldn't mind at all being selected to travel with AZ and eat what he eats. I love rattlesnake and locusts, especially if slowly grilled over a fire. I have eaten javelina, which is no big deal as it is just a wild pig, called wild boar in some parts. I have eaten Nutria and find it quite tasty, if a bit greasy. I was fixing frog legs once and our daughter came up and asked what I was fixing, I told her and she went eeeeeeewwwwwww. I finally got her to try a small bite, then she grabbed the plate and the chase was on, I had to end up sharing my frog legs with her.

Originally from Tennessee but now reside in Louisiana. I am so happy there's a mud bug (crawfish) joint right around the corner. A favorite Sunday treat! I actually ate an alligator po-boy at the Audobon Zoo while watching the alligators chow down on some raw chicken legs. It was quite good... but I wonder where they got the gator from?

Born and raised in La. It was funny to see those everyday foods on Bizarre Foods. LOL. I always said chitterlings and hog head cheese weren't normal. Pig lips, pig testicles, pig feet, chicken feet, chicken gizzards. Where does it end? Now I have proof. IT'S BIZARRE!

Ok so I get that all this is Bizzare food and I love to try new things but one thing is never answered on the shows. "Where does one find these Bizzare foods to buy n try or fry?" I cannot find anywhere on the web that allows you to order any of the Bizzare/exotic foods shown." Can anyone direct me?

I can't believe he was in Louisiana and didn't eat any muskrats. The muskrat capital of the world. After Dorchester County Maryland. Squirrels aren't very common in the marsh.

babe...those aren't just Louisiana delicacies they are "southern delicacies"! I am originally from Alabama and we eat all of that. Also, coon is another one...although I don't like it at all. My brother loves rattlesnake but I just can't bring myself to try it. I love squirrel...anyway you cook it! Yum Yum! Bring those over-sized rats on! As long as it doesn't sound too gross I am "game" to try. Oh, one more thing I have tried and it is simply nasty....chitterlings, aka chittlins! Rather have a plate of beef liver! Mudbugs....let's throw down...love em. Anyways...just wanted ya to know your foods are southern foods not just Louisiana.
