Hi! My girlfriend and I are going to Oahu in August and I plan to propose to her. Where is a good place to do that? I was thinking of going to Diamond head before the sun comes up and proposing there. Is that a good idea?

We are also spending two days in Maui at the Grand Waimea (or something like that). Would it be better to propose there?

I would propose on Maui, much more romantic.

I agree, Maui is the place to do it. You are staying at the Grand Wailea probably....right? Do you want to propose with just the two of you there, or in a group setting? If just the two of you, have the hotel arrange (through room service) to be served a dinner on the beach. You may also want to consult with the concierge at the hotel once you arrive. I'm sure they have ideas that wil spark something for you.
