I was on a cruise to New Zealand and Australia. We stopped in Melbourne for the day and I went to Victoria Market. I had heard it was a great place to pick up souvenirs. It was fantastic! It is an outdoor stall market. We found lots of AU$5.00 t-shirts (good quality), beautifully painted boomerangs, sweaters, jackets, wine tasting, and a food market. The food market had a separate stall for eggs, meat, etc. You can easily spend the day there. I finished my souvenir shopping in Melbourne.
