Hi there, my first time posting over here. I'm planning a trip to start in Le Harve in Normandy France this summer. I'm traveling with my aunt and we hope to follow the path my grandfather took when he served during WWII. He came to Europe at Normandy so we are starting there and traveling by rail through Paris and other destinations on the way to Berlin. My question is for those that have been to France, Belgium, Luxemburg, and Germany is what can I not miss? Is there anything along the route that must be seen? Something that is maybe off the beaten path?

This is the trip of a lifetime and without my aunts generosity i'd never see Europe so I am so excited and thrilled to be going. I don't want to miss a thing because it might be the only chance I get to see it.
