When visiting relatives in Chicago we always to go Pal Joeys in West Chicago. The pizza is the best I have ever had (including NY pizza). All of the ingredients are authentic, especially like the sausage. The crust is outstanding!
Unos is awful in comparison and a total tourist trap. They even opened an Unos in my hometown and the pizza there is awful too.
