Travel Channel

I'm looking for the name of the place (villa, hotel) that is on a cliff overlooking the ocean. It has a restaurant beneath it in a cave where they light it with candles and really pretty pink flowers in the evening. There is also a jacuzzi room beneath the villa too. I think the only way to get there is by boat but I am not sure.
It was on the travel channel but I have no idea the name of the place, the name of the show, where it's at or anything. In the opening scene it shows people getting off a boat and walking up a lot of steps. I'm thinking it's in the Carribean my hubby says maybe Jamaica but I am not sure of even that.
Any help would be appreciative.

It's on the tip of my tongue. It's a guy's name, like TJ's or something in Negril.

I think it's around Negril. It's on the tip of my tongue-starts with a T and is a guy's name if I recall correctly....
