Yes, it is true. Although I would not call him deamonic, more like angry. I feel he resides on the far side of the bridge by the path. The bridge is very active. I have had many strange experiences there: ecto, screams, strange photos of heads, footsteps and the sound of horses. He does not want anyone there.
