Yes. It is absolutely incredible. White sand beaches, I would say it is very unique in the world. Safe. Romantic if you are with a significant other. Great Scuba diving.
I was there in July last year. Breakfast at one of the local eateries on the beach, looking out at the water, a light breeze - perfect!

if you are on not so expensive deals, Boracay is the one but try Aman Pulo Resort {private island}it's the best among the best in the Philippines..starting at 500+USD a nite

I haven't been to AmanPulo because it costs US$950+ per night but read it's really amazing.
