Wow toolarmy good catch. It does make you wonder what it is. Geez.

Very nice catch Toolarmy, but to me it looks more like a shadow figure moving by the window, either outside the window, or INSIDE of the building.

I say this because it looks like there are vertical "lines" on the lighter part of the curtain (or blinds), and those lines look like they're consistent throughout the dark part of the curtain/blinds.
If the curtain/blinds moved, those lines should have moved on the dark part as well.

That's why I think it might be a shadow of some sort.

thanks guys! Yeah im not sure what it is exactly but me and my girlfriend just noticed the curtains closing or something moving or walking by like you said. Something def. happened in that window though
