Love the show and all of you are very original. But Zak, you have to let people finish talking, stop talking so much yourself and quit grandstanding every episode. You act like a 3 year old. The other two seem much more professional. Your show would be so much better without your grandstanding.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I think the show is fantastic the way it is, I love how they do THEIR investigation, please don't change a thing.
Welcome to the boards, hope you like it. **Lots of love to y'all.** Zak, Nick and Aaron please be safe and have lots of fun! |

I agree.
I really DO respect what they're doing, and especially being that it's in total darkness. However, IMHO they also need to give the "Ghosts" time to answer their questions before they ask another question, AND they need to stop yelling/talking so much, so EVP's etc. can be heard/recorded easier. I'll bet that a LOT is missed due to the yelling & talking... Although IMHO, during last night's Pennhurst show, they did MUCH better at this. Hopefully, they'll progress, and get even better over time. I'd also bring back the Constantinos, they were more professional then the other guests on Halloween night. |

I agree the Constantinos were cool. She, especially, seems really in touch with the paranormal.
I don't mind the way Zak behaves, although I get the point that he is a extremely zealous and enthusiastic about what he is doing. I watch other ghost-hunting shows as well, and I don't WANT them to be all the same. Zak's energy is what stands out about GA. Yeah, he may tone it down at some point when he realizes he's covering up his own evidence at times. But this team most certainly will develop and progress over time, to find a good balance between the three of them. I like it pretty much the way it is. |

I agree Ben, I think the yelling and talking is over done and not showing proper respect for the dead.

Zak goes about it the right way, calm to the spirits that were nice people, aggressive to the ones that weren't so nice, why be nice just because they no longer have a body? Spirits, like people, that are harmful to others don't deserve respect.

I don't know where you get your information from. Zak does the common bit of confrontation because this is how some ghost hunters think that they will get evidence. Think of it as a short cut. Sometimes these short cuts backfire by producing Inhuman spirits, the type of spirit that Zak and the boys have no knowledge on how to protect themselves. |

I didn't get information from anyone, it's my opinion and I don't think I'm alone in that.

Zak has explained over and over why he does it they way he does.
I also like the show they way it is . I think he is very passionate about what he does so he gets a bit loud and excited. I think Nick and Aaron are fine with it. Catie - I'm with ya! |

gacgirl, thanks!
jerrytalbert in my opinion, you can't argue with the results the guys get, so it's not just what they "think" will get evidence, it actually works. I'm pretty sure they aren't walking into any location with no knowledge of what could go wrong and what to do if something unexpected happens. They talk to experts about things and I'm fairly confident they listen to their advice. In fact I know they do, Zak paid attention when the priest warned him about demonic attacks and not to, like, give into them. I'm superstitious so now I have to say something, Heaven forbid anything bad happen to them. I mean no offense to anyone in saying that. **Lots of love to y'all.** Zak, Nick and Aaron please be safe and have lots of fun! |

You can't tell someone how to do something, or what to do. He doesn't need to explain to us every single time to remind us why he does, what he does. If he wants to act like a 3 yr old, let him. If he wants to act like a 50 yr old, let him. If the guys want to be serious, let them. If they want to have a lightened up time during the show, let them. If they wish to go somewhere that has no negative energy, let them. We all have our own "method to madness" why we do what we do.
I'm a skeptic. I'm not watching this to have them "Convince me" attitude. I watch this because they surprise me every single episode so far. Especially the beginnings. Last episode, was heartbreaking, and they were able to show it. Even if something is nothing during an episode, I'm not disappointed. Let them surprise us. Because most of the time, their sharing their surprise with us. HUGS |

Hi catie, I'm just looking at this in the creative department way. I've been designing for close to 30 yrs. Past five, I've tried getting my own work published, but it's not original enough. I'm constantly asked, why am I doing it this way, why not do it that way? Wouldn't it work better the other way. This is coming from people who don't do what I do. Why not just do that same pattern for other projects? Your patterns aren't nice enough. I just got on here after just getting those questions and comments. Most know and understand, that being creative isn't a 12 hr job. It's 24. Sometimes you dream about it. Hence, my username. Grandstanding is something you need to do in order to "sell yourself" as an artist. Art isn't just canvas. By nature's law, you can not tell an artist (in any form) what to do, or how to act. You can certainly advised, but being told starts to getting old. Artists may seem selfish when they do their own things. And, a very good right to be. We'll give up. Give up on ourselves. Sounds a little dramatic, but it's true. HUGS ps...I'm also always going to state, it's ok to be a skeptic. Even if it's 5 or 10%. If we run out of questions.....

No problem at all Dreammaker.
I didn't think you were referring to me anyway... I wasn't trying to TELL anyone how to do anything, I was only offering some constructive criticism, and trying to point out that IMHO, they'd be able to "catch" MUCH more evidence if they were a little more subdued. There will be PLENTY of time to scream with joy, once they catch some ground-breaking evidence! AND, they seemed to be more "in control" in the most recent episode, hopefully it'll continue as they "grow". You gotta admit though, that when they start yelling and constantly talking without "giving the ghost a chance to answer", it does take away from the show and the possibility of gathering evidence, to learn from. I'm definitely looking forward to their next show. |

Good points made by all, I would tend to agree at least IMHO that their personalitys and the way they interact with each other and the ghosts, is very genuine and real and adds alot to the show. It would be kind of sad to see them all "polished" with TV personas, I like it the wasy it is even though the drawbacks pointed out are valid, you can imagine your friends doing the same thing and I think it makes the show work.
