This was a really good episode. I really am sadden to see how children were treated in this place. Watching the black and white film of children just broke my heart. Alot of good activity too. I don't want to get into just now in case some of you haven't watched yet.
It was interesting to say the least. The guys need to pay a little more attention to the different entities they are dealing with. They tend to caught off guard more often than not plus the entities tend to affect them more when they are ill prepared. One day they will get into a situation which will seriously affect either one or more of them. If that does happen I hope they will think ahead for emergency extraction. Peace and Blessings, Spiritwalker Murchison.
It was a really good episode and there was a lot of great activity that took place. I am really excited to see where the new season takes them. I love their style, because it is so different than other Ghost hunters. I love seeing the fact that they arn't afarid of the unknown and they go in head first. It is awesome.
I agree sweetcross. I like their style of investigating too. That coat rack incident was creepy. I think I would have ran out of the building screaming.

Hello Spiritwalker Taka - I hope they never have to worry about anything following them home. I too hope they have a plan to get help if they ever need any spirit attachment cleansing.
In my opinion, this was one of their most interesting episodes. I live in the part of SE Pennsylvania where Pennhurst is located, and have driven through the complex in the past...before the armed guards started patrolling the area, that is. My grandmother worked there (I don't know in what capacity) and so did my sister-in-law, who according to my husband was beaten up by patients on several occasions. He is much younger than she is, and said that he used to play on that creepy, run-down playground when she brought him along to go and pick up her paychecks.
I'm not at all surprised at the amount of activity the guys experienced. Trust me...just driving by those buildings at night is enough to give you goosebumps.
Pennhurst was said to be a literal smorgasbord of paranormal activity and yes indeedy it was! WOW what a great investigation!!!! Even the interviews were creepy!! Some of the atrocities that took place here--teeth pulling as a means to teach lesions to name one..yikes! Great kick off to the Season for sure!!
Great Comeaback!! after the Live Event bomb. Pennhurst episode was great i enjoyed it. The ghost hunting style was alot better than the live episode. I agree great start for the season. The technology used was great. the ghost hunting was great. It just all came together again and flowed nicely. Aaron adds humor to the show. Zak and Aaron work well together. The best part was the technology used and the willigness to listen to the ghosts react to you being there. The gifts for the little girl was a thoughtful gesture in getting a response.
What a great episode. There was so much activity. It makes me wonder if there could be a second show there in the future. Completely refreshing to see the team go 'solo' again.
I think there will be another if not i at least hope there is. since next october it will be a haunted house call the pennhurst insitute of fear. So if anyone would like to come visit our home town and who likes to get scared come out and join us. It is going to have alot of what you saw tonite.Bates is useing anything he can from the buildings. Also to add to the dentist part bates did find alot of teeth laying around.

Boy the stories you must have heard. Did your husband ever meet any of the children or were they locked up like it was stated on the show last night. It just breaks my heart how those children were tie up. It most have been a hard place for his sister to work in too. And give your grandma credit for working in such a miserable environment that must have been hard for her.

OMG just looking at that pink (of all colors) chair and spit sink. Those poor kids. How frightening for them.
