The Saint Valentine's Day massacre is the name given to the murder of seven people as part of a Prohibition Era conflict between two powerful criminal gangs in Chicago, Illinois, in 1929: the South Side Italian gang led by Al Capone and the North Side Irish gang led by Bugs Moran. Former members of the Egan's Rats gang were also suspected to have played a large role in the St. Valentine's Day massacre, assisting Capone.
On the morning of Thursday, February 14, 1929, St. Valentine's Day, five members of the "Bugsy" Moran gang, plus Reinhardt H. Schwimmer and John May were lined up against the rear inside wall of the garage of the SMC Cartage Company (2122 North Clark Street) in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago's North Side. They were then shot and killed, possibly by members of Al Capone's gang, possibly by "outside talent" (that is, gangsters from outside the city who would not be known to their victims), most likely by a combination of both.
The club continued to operate for a few years and when it closed the owner placed the 417 bricks into storage. He then offered them for sale with a written account of the massacre. He sold the bricks for $1000 each, but soon found that he was getting back as many as he sold. It seemed that anyone who bought one of the bricks was suddenly stricken with bad luck in the form of illness, financial ruin, divorce and even death. According to the stories, the bricks themselves had somehow been infested with the powerful negative energy of the massacre! Whatever became of the rest of the bricks is unknown. Or that's what the legend says....
They somewhat did. They went to Al Capone's cell when he went to prison after the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre. Rumor had it that John, a man who was murdered by Al haunted him in that cell the entire time Al Capone was there. He would even scream, "Leave me alone!!" according to the guards. It was interesting. I'll look up what episode that was. They went to some prison of some sort in an earlier season.
sorry if i came off as mean , it was unintentional. i just didnt understand what the post was for since i didnt see anywhere that you had said something about wanting them to do the show there. and there were like 3 or 4 other new topics of similiar type. its perfectly fine if you do research on the wiki. i love the wiki. but there is a threead for posting where you want them to go. sorry , it was just confusing what you were trying to say with this.
why would you want them to go there? You don't even believe in the stuff so whats it to you? And as far as being mean...ummmm....look in the mirror honey, I could go thru here and find your many hateful posts you have "Land for sale" (How do you sale land?) for anyone foolish enough to watch this show?
