ok anddos , i acknowledge the slight possibility he was struggling with an unseen force. if this is the case he sjhould have no trouble using the machine again on camera to redeem himself with legit results.

As I said in the other post...

"I don't trust anything that happened the entire time that Bess was on. He messed with everyting and tried to make it look like his stupid machine was working. I think the figure was him. You dont see him any where in that hallway when this all was going on because he was in one of the rooms.(the room where you see the "figure" come out) You also sorta see a hat on the "figure". I believe it was him peaking out to see if any one was coming because he was planning on slamming the door shut. He probably had something that smelled like sulfur and opened it up into the air. He also said "film the other side" why? because he knew it smelled there and wanted them to smell it. He also said "smell it smell it" How did he know it smelled if he was on the other side of the door? and he never did go into that room where they were to smell it for himself. I honestly feel really bad for Zak, Nick and Aron because Robert really had them fooled.. but if they are as smart as I think they are.. they know now."

Wow, four pages to discuss the way that Cowboy Bob messed with everyone's heads. He certainly got the 15 minutes of fame that he was seeking.

The guys are somewhat entertaining, BUT, if you watch them with the hopes of seeing anything close to a scientific approach to proving/disproving the existence of paranormal entities, you probably also believe that Flintstones cartoons are a factual documentary on the prehistoric era. That being said, the cowboy is clearly a fraud. Wouldn't you LOVE to know his credentials for inventing a sophisticated scientific instrument. The ParaBot is nothing nore than special effects. I didn't see anyone else comment on the episodes that preceded the "Live" show, but did you catch the special effects device that turned electrical fields into words from a database? What a joke. Yes, it is possible to associate specific readings from an instrument with an entry in a database and produce an audible sound (beeps or even words) when that level is reached. But for ANYONE to expect us to believe that the "inventor" decoded the "language" of paranormal entities and is actually able to translate what they are saying by the intensity of an electronic field is just plain silly. Again, it's easier to believe Flintstones episodes are documentaries on the prehistoric era !!! Shows like GA have sheer entertainment value - but NO LEVEL of "believability" !!! Of course, Brian the talking dog on Family Guy IS REAL, and no one can convince me otherwise !!! LOL

We put together a family party of 6 to watch the live show. Usually it is just myself and my 25 yr. old daughter (we watch every Fri. no exceptions).
I would love to see something like this again however, I would enjoy it a lot more if it was just like your regular show....straight forward, clean, no dishonesty and simple comradery between the 3 of you with new technology like the box that Chris had. In fact, Chris was fantastic and his contribution to the show was compatible in every way with your style. The others were distracting and down right deceptive in the case of the guy with the cowboy hat.
Nevertheless, I give you 5 stars for your quest to document the paranormal and am only interested in this aspect of the paranormal. Your team of 3 is so stupendous, so refreshing, so mind-blowing. I thank you for a good, honest and entertaining show.
You should also have someone read the "My Space" comments. Love you all.

Yeah, the translator episode was hilarious. That was one of the first episodes I saw and I thought they were doing a comedy sketch or parody of some of the other shows. It's one of the funnier shows on TV. It has more comedy value than most comedies out there. Keep up the great work guys.

THis totally was a disgrace to all the guys have built for the last several years and it could ruin these guys ever having a maintained crediability with us the audience Paranormal investitgation has had its bumps and bruises for a long time and Zak and Nick and Aaron had brought out a fresh look into investigating by taking it down to the level of what anyone would do to go inside a haunted area no crew no teams or hoards of people but this LIVE show was I believe taken out of the guys control and for it to sell to sponsers for travel channel they had to vamp it up a bit so producers had this guy and this team and these folks come in and what happens Our guys the GAC crew end up paying for it we know Zak Nick and Aaron aren't happy with this and I look forward to seeing that little bill nye want a be placed back in his tool shed hoping some day he can make his time machine work that way he can go back and fix his ere in time of using people to look like a total idiot. as to the GAC crew guys you never let us your true fans and the people that are out there kicking it in the dark nasty smelly hole in the wall places looking for that small support of true evidence and sometimes gettting the heck scared outta of us down you have people that truely supporting you So keep giving us those back to basics investigations and we will always be there to watch and learn and hope for that shred of proof on your team!

Cowboy Bob should have used some of the money that he spent on his popcorn machine, and fixed his teeth. Did you notice the cowboy stance he took all the time like he was going to shoot something, but with what ?? His big work gloves and "blue cowboy" hat with "a feather" was a little too much. Looks like he went to fanfare in Nashville.
However, Zak, Nick and Aaron are a great team and Zak is so funny when he ask the guys a question then shuhhhhhhhhh's them before they have time to answer Smile He is geared all the time ! Drinking a little too much strong coffee or something. I love the
show though. Keep up the HUNT and rock on.

Thanks mod-ben. You got to this first. A lot of us here have tried very hard to let all new members feel welcomed during the time of reruns during the summer.

Whether we agree or disagree, let's let this be a unique fan board for all to enjoy, and to feel free to post opinions without fear of anyone being put down.

HUGS

I think we're all agreed that "Cowboy Bob" was a joke.

I think we should also consider that live TV can be a nightmare. 7 hours? That's a lot of time to try to fill. Especially if nothing is happening. Like I have heard GH/GHI people say, "these things don't appear on cue".

I don't care to get involved in a "GA is better than GH" argument. I watch both shows and both shows have their weaknesses as well as their strengths.

I'd like to see them place cameras and recorders in a "haunted" location and just leave them run for a couple hours with nobody in the location. Just instruments. No disco booth, no spirit voice box, no people.

Just a thought.

The 30th was the first time I had ever caught this show. I watched a few of the regular episodes that day and I got wrapped up in these guys. Zak is so extreme in his belief he almost comes off like a tool, but he makes you believe. I was totally digging the live show until ghostbox Rob showed up. Every "major" event that happened during that segment happened to him and around him. Then we got to see the play back of his meter throw, total BS. The rest of the show was awesome, then Zak confronted Rob at the end and you could tell he was totally pissed. He gave Rob a chance to fess up, but he didn't. The Ghost Adverturers have earned my respect and made me a fan, but Rob is a total hack and a fraud. He discredited what was a really good live lock in.

Actually I do that about everytime I do an investigation. Set up equipment and then go out to dinner. The playback is really, really boring. At one location though we had a ton of booms and bangs but they were all off camera.

Well said Ussula!!!And welcome, guys! I personally think everyone has the right to voice their own opinion so long as it comes from a respectful and thought out point of view. Skepticism is good and healthy and can help enrich everyone's point of view! XO
