I wanted to give a personal explanation as to some of the reasons
why I watch GA.

The night they aired the episode of the Castle (sorry, can't remember the
exact name) I didn't smile or laugh for the past few days. I decided to give
the show a chance, and am glad I did.

The scene when they were on the island. Zak talking "to us" for his narration
about the island, you can see Aaron trying to walk on those rocks, and just
about loosing his balance. Zak finished, looking back at Aaron, then back at
the camera, shaking his head in wonder. That surprised me to the point that
I ended up laughing for at least 10 minutes. It also surprised me they didn't
take that part out.

They all do that at each other. Zak: I think that rustled up some of the spirits
a bit.

Nick: Yah think???!!

The way they shake their heads in wonder about each other is something I hope they
don't change. Cause most of the time, I feel the same way.

Their sense of humor is just one small reason I watch the show. Their ability to
use the visual aspects of the history while narrating, which is what Cities of the
Underworld used to do. Admittng their fears in public, and not putting each other
down for it.

The sense of them being easy going is another reason. It's a unique show, were they
let us decide while during their lock downs. It's like us really being with them.
I hope they don't stop talking to "us" during the lockdowns.

I can go on forever about this. But, for me, to sum it up. I don't want them to change.
I'm a skeptic, but willing to bend if I see something I can not explain. But even that's
rare, I still enjoy watching the show.

I hope this explains my personal reasons of my outburst from earlier.

HUGS

to add as a second thought.

With life comes with experience. Learn with mistakes, as long as it doesn't harm one self, and others.

This I hope they also don't change.

I'm glad you shared that. I love the show for the same reasons and hope they never change either.

I think to be a believer you have to be a little bit of a skeptic, you have to question things and not follow blindly.

**Lots of love to y'all.**
Zak, Nick and Aaron please be safe and have lots of fun!

The three of them seem genuine(like you or me), and inquisitive.
I especially like how they take time to give the history they do of the places, taking time to interview poeple and cover whatever went on there in the past. That gives you a nice background. Some other Ghost tv shows do not take that extra time.
I do believe that there are many things in life we do not know. Spirits(good or bad) have been talked about forever. Even in the Bible.
As I watch the history of these places, and watch them walk around, I try to imagine what these places must have been like when active.
I do the same when watching other shows, like on the History Channel too.

Some people were complaining about how they give us the history of a location, I love that part of the show so much.

Welcome to the boards, greg, hope you enjoy it.Smile

I like that they dedicate the whole hour to just one site. That way, there is more time for the history lesson that accompanies each one. I also like the chemistry between the team. Totally unrehearsed and real. Zak's enthusiasm for what he is doing is very infectious.

I like hearing the history of each location they are investigating. It makes me wonder how life was back then. And when they find some evidence it amazes me that the energy is still there to be picked up after all these years. The three of them have made this show interesting. You never know how they will react to the environment that they are in. They show real friendship toward each other. And I too am skeptical of most things that have been found. But there are times it makes you wonder when there is evidence that cannot be pooh poohed away. I believe there is more to this life than we see. I have had experiences that I can not explain and it is nice to see others have experiences too. I look forward to this show every Friday night. I agree with you dreammaker, I hope they never stop talking to the camera. It does make me feel like I am there with them. LOL Smile Oh, and I have to say, I love the faces Aaron makes.

Osiyo (hello),

I have been watching them since their first special. I have a tendency to give any show of this type a chance and that means I will watch a few shows before I decide whether to continue watching them or not. The team at first seemed to scare themselves more than the spirits were. Luckily they got better. I see a great potential in them and can see reason behind their madness.
I don't always agree with their and other groups methods but I can learn from them and ad their knowledge to my own experience. My experience comes from dealing with them nearly all my fifty years. Peace and Blessings and safe hunting/investigating. Spiritwalker Murchison.

I love this show for many reasons, the biggest is that they seem very genuine to the field. They don't have large crews following them, unlike TAPS on Sci Fi, how do we know that one of sci fi's camera guys isn't making the noise. I also like how they reviel all evidence throughout the show, instead of waiting for a reveal. They respect each other, but they also have a brotherly love between each of them. Zak is always provoking, something you don't see on these other 'ghost hunter' shows. I also like how it's just Zak, Nick, and Aaron.

I watch the show because of zac, his narration, his No Fear in total darkness Lockdowns and his ability to do what the fans want him to do when asked if he will. He will make sure the viewers get a fair and intresting show. X marks the Hotspots and he reviews the evidence right then instead of waiting for the whole show to be over with. I just like how he is determined to do what it takes to find the truth and the answers. I will defenitly keep watching the show. The music is also great creepy and spooky and the added lock down is just Crazy!! I love it. DONT CHANGE A THING !! :0)

Thank you, everyone for your support on this.

gacgirl: Hi! HUGS

spiritwalker: osiyo as well. I'm also native american indian.

for those that agree about having them do their narration, I kind of call it "documentary" for myself.

welcome to all new members here.

I really love that they tell us about the evidence when it happens, so we're in on how they feel and why they're reacting in the moment. It's so much better than having to wait until the end of the episode.
