in leadville colorado there is an old abanded hospital from the 1800s that is five storys tall. They have tried to turn the hosipal into an historic apartment complex but ended up shutting it down because of wierd experiences going on inside. i have also heard of random people going in and hearing footsteps on the stairs behind them plus hearing and seeing shutters move.
