I watched a show, about a year ago, I guess about haunted places. There was this abandoned medical clinic, I think in CA. Some people were interested in buying the property to build a home. But when they went back to look at it at night (they had been told about the negative energy there, and wanted to check it out) with the real estate agent, they were subjected to the spirit of the doctor who worked there years ago, and who turned out to be a sadist. Performed many abortions and surgeries on women that killed the women. He scared the crap out of real estate agent, plus the woman who wanted to buy the place was hit in the head with a brick out of nowhere. It was so scary, but I cannot recall where this was exactly, nor any more details than this. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Help! Maybe Nick and the guys should check this out if anyone knows more than I do about the place, people etc. Thanks!

From the way you describe the show, it sounds like Discovery Channel's "A Haunting" program

I remember that show. For some reason, I think the place was in another country. Was the show "World's Scariest Places"? hosted by Linda Blair? Some of those were annoying (the screaming) but some had good haunted locations. Also, anyone remember the show about the hot springs lake? It was a kind of health spa/resort for people back in the late 1800's early 1900's that was abandoned? It might have been called "Hot Springs Lake". Not sure what show it was but it was awesome. The water in the lake was so hot that it would burn your skin off if you touched it and it was right outside the huge building. I think someone was restoring it to reopen for ghost tours or something.
